Mel Hammond is a Senior Solicitor at our Blackburn office. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and has specialised in residential Property Conveyancing and Litigation ever since. Mel is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and Law Society Property Section and often presents seminars to local groups regarding important changes in Property Law.
With experience in acting for Property Traders and the Private Landlord Sector buying portfolios of property at auction, unusual property transactions are her forte, and she prides herself on getting the legal work done with no fuss, no messing about – and for a fixed fee.
A real property enthusiast, she enjoys helping first time buyers through to “downsizers” and recognises that no two transactions, and no two clients, are the same. Her goal is to manage the stresses and delays that can frequently occur in property chains to ensure that our clients achieve their property goals quickly and efficiently.
