We are pleased to offer a fixed fee service in certain circumstances:
Up to one hour consultation, advice and advice confirmation letter: £150 plus VAT
Petitioner: £495 plus VAT
Fixed Fee for your divorce from beginning to end including:
- Preparation and completion of forms
- Issuing the Petition at court
- Obtaining Decree Nisi
- Obtaining Decree absolute
We would ask you to note that the fixed fee is based upon consent to the application from your spouse. The fixed fee will not include court fee, finances, children and additional costs for lost marriage certificates, translation of marriage certificates, service of papers on a spouse etc.
Respondent: £150 plus VAT
Fixed Fee to include helping you complete the acknowledgement of service and provide and other advise needed in connection with the divorce. The fixed fee will not include advice on finances or children matters.
