Fixed Fee Services:
Initial Consultation – £150 plus VAT
Our initial consultation provides you with an opportunity to discuss your situation and receive the advice you need to make informed decision about your next step. This consultation includes:
- Up to one hour consultation
- Initial advice based on your circumstances
- Confirmation of advice letter
Fixed Fee Divorce
Issuing a Divorce Petition (Petitioner): £495 plus VAT
Our fixed fee divorce package includes:
- Preparation and completion of forms
- Issuing the Petition at court
- Obtaining Decree Nisi
- Obtaining Decree Absolute
We would ask you to note that the fixed fee is based upon consent to the application from your spouse. The fixed fee will not include court fee, finances, children and additional costs for lost marriage certificates, translation of marriage certificates, service of papers on a spouse etc.
Responding to a Divorce Petition (Petitioner): £150 plus VAT
This Fixed Fee package includes helping you complete the acknowledgement of service and provides other advice needed in connection with the divorce. The fixed fee however will not include advice on finances or children related matters as these are more complex.
