We recently introduced a new incentive scheme which we hope will motivate and encourage teamwork, and provide recognition to the people who really go ‘above and beyond’ in their role . We will announce our ‘Employee of the Quarter’ winner every 3 months.
Taking into account staff feedback, the Board of Directors has devised the incentive scheme. It is the first time we’ve done this and not only is it a great way to retain valuable staff, by acknowledging and rewarding strong performance and productivity, but as the company grows it is also a great way to attract new recruits.

“We are delighted to have awarded our first Employee of the Quarter award to one of our Property Department Team Leaders, Alison Greenwood. She demonstrates undivided loyalty and commitment to the firm and to our valued clients. Alison works long hours to ensure that clients are able to complete their conveyancing transactions quickly and efficiently. She regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty. She recently became team leader of our Bank Parade Residential Conveyancing team and is doing a great job training new staff and helping our clients buy and sell their homes.”
Alison was awarded with a spa day voucher and a trophy, presented to her by our CEO Carly Barnes at our recent property department team meeting.
